Job Title: Water Safety Instructor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Water Safety Instructor to join our team. As a Water Safety Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering effective swimming lessons and water safety skills to students of all ages and abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and informative swimming lessons to students in a safe and supportive environment
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the needs of diverse students
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a positive learning experience
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Qualifications in Swimming Teaching or equivalent
  • Current First Aid (Level 2) and CPR Certificate
  • Working With Children Check and National Police Check
  • Ability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
