Instructors for Students

We are seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable swimming instructors who can inspire students to develop a lifelong passion for the water. Our ideal candidates will have current swimming trends and best practice knowledge, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess participants to ensure allocation into appropriate lessons and levels
- Educate students on water safety and skill development in a safe and enjoyable environment
- Foster opportunities for students to grow and develop their skills
In collaboration with the Head of Swimming and Swim Co-ordinator, Swim Instructors will work closely with swimmers and their families to provide a high-quality coaching and learning experience.
Requirements:- ASCTA Swimming and Water Safety Teacher accreditation, and/or AUSTSWIM Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety
- Sports Australia Community Coaching General Principles Course (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Employee Working with Children Check or registration
- Current First Aid qualification & CPR qualification
