Water Safety Specialist

The swimming instructor will play a vital role in delivering engaging and high-quality swimming lessons to students and community members.
You will inspire a love for swimming while prioritising water safety, creating a supportive and enjoyable learning environment for swimmers of all ages.
With proven experience as a swimming instructor and the ability to collaborate effectively within a dynamic team, you will be an integral part of our swimming program.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and high-quality swimming lessons to students and community members.
- Inspire a love for swimming while prioritising water safety.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to deliver a seamless and enjoyable learning experience.
- Maintain accurate records of lesson plans and student progress.
- Proven experience as a swimming instructor (minimum of 12 months).
- AUSTSWIM Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety qualification or equivalent.
- CPR certification.
- AUSTSWIM extension courses or equivalent.
- Australian Pool Lifeguard Certificate.
- Provide First Aid certification.
