Effective Swimming and Water Safety Instructors are required to join our dynamic team at the Danny Frawley Centre in Melbourne's south-east.

About the Role

We seek highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals who will play a vital role in teaching effective swimming and water safety skills to help grow our swim program.

You will be responsible for delivering engaging and safe lessons to students of various ages and abilities, promoting a positive learning environment and encouraging participants to reach their full potential.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a passion for swimming, and a commitment to customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach effective swimming and water safety skills to students of various ages and abilities
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service excellence
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

The ideal candidate will have a current First Aid (Level 2) certification, Current CPR Certificate, Working With Children Check, National Police Check, and AUSTSWIM Certificate - Teaching of Swimming and Water Safety.

While previous experience as an Effective Swimming and Water Safety Instructor is not essential, it is highly regarded. We encourage applications from individuals who are eager to learn and grow with our organisation.
