Environment Performance Analyst

As a key member of our Safety & Systems team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on ARTC's Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) performance.
The role of Advisor - Safety & Environment Performance involves using large HSE datasets to build dashboards and reports that provide insights into ARTC's HSE performance.
You will work closely with stakeholders to deliver timely and reliable internal and external HSE reporting, as well as ad-hoc reporting and trend analysis.
Responsibilities- Develop evidence-based decision making tools using PowerBI and SQL skills.
- Prepare data for PowerBI reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve the quality of HSE datasets.
To succeed in this position, you will need:
- Proven experience in report and dashboard development using PowerBI.
- Strong SQL skills and experience preparing data for PowerBI.
- Business analysis skills, including business requirements elicitation and documentation.
- Able to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders and build positive working relationships.
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, plus a range of benefits including flexible working options and 24/7 Employee Assistance Program.
