Job Description:

We are seeking a Virtual Support Associate to join our team. As a key member of our collaborative unit, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Customer Support Coordinators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing incoming phone calls through our telephone system in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have previous experience in reception, administration, or concierge work. You should also possess strong customer service skills, be willing to go above and beyond for members, and have a team-first attitude with the ability to work independently when needed.
