Immersive Virtual Reality Support Specialist

Imagine being the first point of contact for a dynamic team of gamers. As a vital member of our support staff, you will be responsible for welcoming and orienting players to an immersive virtual reality experience.
With your exceptional interpersonal skills, you will provide top-notch customer service by creating a fun and engaging environment for all players. Your ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers will ensure seamless interactions.
In this role, you will also be responsible for monitoring and assisting players throughout their gaming experience, troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise and maintaining a safe and clean environment for players to enjoy.
The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, a deep understanding of game mastering, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with virtual reality equipment and technology is preferred but not required.
