Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Virtual Support Specialist to provide exceptional administrative support to various businesses across Melbourne.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Schedule appointments and meetings with stakeholders;
  • Manage diaries and coordinate travel arrangements;
  • Prepare agendas and presentations for high-level meetings;
  • Process expense reconciliations and maintain accurate records;
  • Coordinate events and internal training sessions;
  • Provide administrative support in creating and proof-reading documents and presentations;
  • Handle telephone calls, take messages and respond to emails;
  • Arrange video-conferences and teleconferences;
  • Offer personal support to executives and team members as required.
