About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Virtual Care and Outpatients Program as a Virtual Care Specialist. You will be responsible for providing clinical support services across Alfred Health, including Emergency, Virtual Care and Outpatients Program. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care and outcomes.

 

Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical support services across Alfred Health, including Emergency, Virtual Care and Outpatients Program
  • Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care and outcomes
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families and healthcare providers
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

 

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency, including MS Word, MS Outlook and MS Excel
  • Previous administration experience in a health setting
  • Previous experience in supervising staff
  • Previous experience in managing and troubleshooting consumer enquiries
  • Demonstrated ability to plan workflow, prioritise and delegate tasks to meet deadlines
