Job Title: Science Outreach Coordinator

Job Description:

The Role:

Our team is seeking a highly organized and passionate individual to coordinate and deliver STEAM-based programs for children.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with university partners and staff to develop and refine program content, manage logistics, and support in the delivery of engaging learning experiences.

You will be responsible for coordinating outreach programs, building relationships with external stakeholders, and leading a team of casual educators and university students.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and delivery of educational programs that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualification in Education or extensive experience in a relevant field.
  • Experience working with children and understanding of child development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with staff, children, families, and stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and deliver results effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer literacy.
  • A commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
