As a Community Liaison Professional, you will play a pivotal role in fostering relationships with local communities across designated therapeutic areas.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement region-specific outreach strategies to advance health equity and support diverse and socially underserved populations.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate recruitment efforts and identify potential study participants through boots-on-the-ground and in-office recruitment.

- Build and maintain robust relationships with new and existing sites and investigators, including coordination of vendor and patient advocacy groups.

- Identify and engage local key opinion leaders (KOLs) or trusted messengers to promote community awareness and facilitate site diversity champions.

- Design and implement effective event planning and hosting strategies to engage communities and promote clinical trials.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree or similar in life sciences or medical fields, with additional degrees in related fields such as business.

- Strong experience in community outreach and public relations, preferably in a healthcare setting.

- Medical/scientific background, ideally with experience in specialty, rare disease, or blood disorders.

- Advanced project management skills and knowledge of change management.

- Ability to evaluate, manage, and define risk management, as well as basic data analytics and digital acumen.
