  • Conduct personalized handovers to customers at their doorstep or at our designated 'Carma Collect' setup, providing a welcoming and engaging experience.
  • Demonstrate vehicle features, address customer queries, and ensure a hassle-free handover process, showcasing the brand's commitment to excellence.
  • Develop innovative strategies to create lasting impressions on customers, including gift-giving and capturing social media content upon delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate and efficient completion of all paperwork related to the handover process.
  • Multitask between customer interactions, queries, and administrative tasks, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.
  • Adhere to regulatory requirements to maintain a safe environment for all parties involved.
Requirements:
  • Strong customer-first attitude at all times, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Excellent time management skills, with flexibility to work outside traditional hours when required.
  • Comfortable using technology, preferably familiar with Apple products.
