The role of the Customer Experience Specialist is pivotal in delivering an exceptional service at Tesla. This position requires the ability to engage, educate, and welcome customers during their vehicle delivery journey.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcome customers to the Tesla community by crafting a memorable delivery experience
- Educate customers on vehicle features and functions, including local incentives for EV owners
- Support the store operations with delivery tasks, ensuring a superior customer experience
- Prepare vehicles and host delivery appointments, including tailored new owner orientations
- Demonstrate expertise in all Tesla products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in a customer-facing environment
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and passion for the personal transportation industry
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Mastery of all Tesla products and services, with knowledge of EV industry trends
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented personality
