Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a charismatic and skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our service delivery team, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, setting the tone for an exceptional experience.

Your day-to-day will involve engaging with people from diverse backgrounds, building rapport, and nurturing relationships. You will be proactive in ensuring everyone feels welcome, convenient, and part of our community.

You will also be responsible for supporting the delivery of unforgettable customer experiences and events, including charity fundraisers, surprise moments, and other engaging activities.

This role involves periods of walking, standing, sitting, and manual handling, keeping you active and engaged throughout your workday.

About the Role
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing position within an office, hotel, or hospitality environment is essential.
