Responsibilities
  1. Sales Co-Worker:
  • Combine your positive attitude and exceptional customer service skills to provide product advice and memorable in-store experiences that drive sales and satisfaction.
Logistics Co-Worker:
  • Select, pack, and dispatch orders efficiently to meet customer expectations and deadlines.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment to ensure high standards of selection and presentation.
Customer Service Co-Worker:
  • Be the friendly face of our store, greeting customers at the entry or assisting with returns or home delivery.
  • Serve customers at our checkouts and provide excellent service that exceeds their expectations.
IKEA Food Co-Worker:
  • Cash handling, customer service, maintaining the customer restaurant and/or Swedish Food Market.
  • Prepare and serve meals to our hungry customers.
Requirements
  • Availability of at least three weekdays per week.
  • Full weekend availability is essential.
  • Manual handling skills and physical stamina to work on your feet all day.
