We're seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Senior Business Analyst. In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage your financial expertise to drive business results and advance your career.

The Role:
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data, market trends, and competitor performance to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives that drive business results
  • Design and implement efficient and effective financial models, forecasts, and reporting tools to support decision-making processes
  • Lead cross-functional teams in execution of complex projects, ensuring detailed execution and timely delivery
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on thorough analysis and interpretation of financial data
  • Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and effective methods to consistently enhance financial processes and systems
  • Mentor and coach junior analysts, fostering their professional growth and development
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience within the Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industries
  • Proven experience in data warehousing, reporting, analytics tools, and visualisation technologies such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Cognos, and JDE
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, able to resolve root causes and develop innovative solutions
  • Solid understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting techniques
  • Strong communication and presentation skills are required, with the ability to effectively explain complex financial concepts
  • Motivated and goal-oriented individual, with a track record of working autonomously and achieving outcomes in a dynamic work setting
