**Job Description**:
This is an opportunity for a passionate Team Assistant & Database Analyst to accelerate their career within administration and commercial property. Put your attention to detail and eye for formatting into place whilst supporting a dynamic team of agents in our Industrial team based in Parramatta.

You will provide daily administrative support plus assist with the coordination of department sales and marketing initiatives.

**Some of your key responsibilities will include**:

- Work with the agents to coordinate proofing and formatting of property reports, submissions and other client documentation.
- Manage & update company database, including listing information, client contacts and property information.
- Working closely with the operators and research team to ensure synergies across the business.
- Updating CRM database to ensure property information is accurate and up to date.
- Reconcile and action invoices and expenses as necessary.
- Other administration duties as required.

**Qualifications**:
**The skills and experience you will bring to this role include**:

- Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite.
- High attention to detail especially in the formatting of documents.
- Ability to work autonomously with mínimal supervision.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines.
