WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

As an IT Support Engineer, you'll provide both onsite and remote IT support to a diverse range of small to medium businesses, helping users resolve technical issues quickly and effectively. Your day-to-day will include diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking problems, performing routine maintenance and system updates, and ensuring backups and security measures are in place. You'll also contribute to project implementation work, document your support activities, and share knowledge with the wider team. Along the way, you'll have the opportunity to guide end-users in making the most of their technology while developing your own skills in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

• At least 4 years' experience in IT support, ideally within an MSP or fast-paced client-facing environment
• Strong hands-on skills in troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues
• Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy administration
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, firewalls, routers)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and colleagues
• Ability to manage priorities and multitask in a dynamic environment
• A valid driver's licence and full working rights in Australia
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., Modern Desktop Administrator, Azure Administrator)
• Additional technical certifications in networking, cybersecurity, or cloud platforms
• Experience with project implementation in an MSP environment
• Familiarity with backup solutions, disaster recovery, and endpoint security tools
• A proactive attitude with a passion for learning and keeping up with emerging technologies
