Accelerating Commercial Growth

We're seeking a skilled Senior Business Analyst to drive commercial business objectives. You will partner closely with Business Leaders to provide financial expertise and solutions, driving growth and improvement.

This role offers an opportunity to advance your finance career, taking part in dynamic projects and collaborating with key individuals to achieve business results.

The Role:

You will work with the Associate Director to develop and evaluate business strategies for assigned Divisions in ANZ, while contributing to projects focused on Continuous Improvement and Digital Transformation.

This involves conducting in-depth analysis of financial data, market trends, and competitor performance to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

You will collaborate with key individuals to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement efficient and effective financial models, forecasts, and reporting tools to support decision-making processes
  • Lead cross-functional teams in execution of complex projects, ensuring detailed execution and timely delivery
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on thorough analysis and interpretation of financial data
  • Mentor and coach junior analysts, fostering their professional growth and development

Requirements:

  • Tertiary degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 5 years + experience within the Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industries
  • Proven experience in data warehousing, reporting, analytics tools, and visualisation technologies
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Solid understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting techniques
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Motivated and goal-oriented individual
