Senior Accounting Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team in Sydney. As a key member of our accounting group, you will play a crucial role in providing high-end bespoke accounting services to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer expert accounting and advisory services to diverse clients across local and international markets.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial statements, tax returns, monthly management reports, and other regulatory submissions.
  • Maintain and cultivate strong client relationships through direct liaison both virtually and in person.
  • Lead client engagements and be the first point of contact for clients.
  • Develop junior staff through mentoring and training programs.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement client strategies.
  • Drive exceptional client service in all that we do.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 3 - 5 years of professional accounting experience, preferably in a business services environment.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero and MS Office Suite, with an emphasis on advanced Excel knowledge.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax laws.
  • Superior problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to delivering quality service and maintaining strong client relationships.
