Job Title: Business Operations Specialist

Description:

This role entails providing high-level administrative support to the team by conducting extensive research, preparing detailed statistical reports, and addressing routine to complex information requests.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, action-oriented, and able to balance competing stakeholders and priorities with ease.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative assistance by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, and addressing routine to complex inquiries.
  • Gather, compile, and verify information and enter it accurately into documents and office systems.
  • Complete data collection, data entry, and report generation on various departmental related activities.
  • Perform associate functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
  • Respond to or redirect routine to complex inquiries from external or internal sources about the organization/department, its activities, or processes.
  • Prepare documentation for payment of vendors, suppliers, and other third parties as applicable; submit documentation and enter request for payments into accounting system; respond to inquiries from accounts payable and payees.
  • Document and maintain departmental policies and procedures.
  • Participate as a team member on departmental related business improvement assignments and projects as needed.
  • Act as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience.

  • Key Qualifications:
  • Excellent communicator, highly organized, action oriented, and able to balance and triage competing stakeholders and priorities.
  • Experience in document management, data entry, and/or invoicing is preferred.
  • Relevant work experience and skills obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience.
