Key Position: Commercial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Commercial Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our commercial operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our business.


About the Role

This newly created position will be based at our Moree branch and will work closely with the Sales and Agronomy team to improve commercial performance.

  • Manage procurement, inventory planning, and supplier relationships to drive operational efficiency
  • Coordinate merchandise sales, orders, and deliveries to meet customer needs
  • Anticipate customer requirements and ensure timely service delivery
  • Identify opportunities to improve stock control, logistics, and service delivery

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to planning
  • Commercial awareness and an interest in agriculture and regional industries
  • The ability to genuinely connect with rural communities and build trust
  • Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office essential; Sage or similar an advantage)
  • Agsafe accreditation (or the willingness to obtain it)
