Compliance Risk Manager

This role involves providing expert advice and support on compliance incidents and breach reporting.
The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing complex matters, communicating commercially sensible insights to key stakeholders, and preparing reporting to regulators in respect of investigations, breaches, and responding to regulatory requests for information.
- Support the governance of relevant forums including preparation of supporting documentation, minutes, and reporting to stakeholders.
- Assist in the provision of compliance advice, insights, themes, trends to boards, committees, and other forums in relation to incidents and breaches.
- Analysis and communication of complex matters in a commercially sensitive way.
- Strategic advisory services to senior stakeholders on compliance incidents.
- Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation skills.
- Sound knowledge and understanding of risk management systems, frameworks, and processes particularly incident and breach reporting.
