We are seeking a talented professional to join our Risk and Compliance team.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development and enhancement of comprehensive incident management frameworks, policies and processes.
- Conduct compliance assessments of incidents to support regulatory breach assessment processes.
- Provide compliance advice and insights to key stakeholders including boards, committees and other forums in relation to incidents.
This role will play a critical part in leading Line 2 Compliance function in respect of incidents and breaches.
Requirements:- Experienced compliance or legal professional with proven leadership experience in regulatory compliance and incident management within the financial services industry.
- Able to rapidly analyse and communicate complex matters in a commercially sensible way.
- Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
The ideal candidate will be committed to creating a diverse, inclusive and flexible work environment.
