Facilities Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill our Facilities Worker position.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring that all areas are safe and accessible for staff and visitors.

Responsibilities include:
- Cleaning and disinfecting surfaces and equipment using various methods and cleaning agents.
- Performing laundry duties as required.
- Collecting and disposing of refuse and maintaining clean refuse areas.
- Assisting with minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and unclogging drains.
- Maintaining the appearance of floors in assigned areas.
