Learning and Development Lead - Soft Skills

We are seeking a highly motivated Learning and Development (L&D) Lead to enhance soft skills through designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to foster a culture of continuous learning and employee growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance soft skills in employees.
  • Collaborating with various departments and stakeholders to promote a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Fostering relationships with team members to achieve shared goals and improve overall performance.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in the DES or WFA contract environment (essential).
  • Full Australian working rights.
  • Australian driver's license.
  • Ability to pass a Working with Children Check.
  • Willingness to travel across the state and nationally.
