Our ideal candidate is a skilled Technical Product Specialist with expertise in quality assurance and compliance for handbags and soft accessories. They will collaborate with suppliers, QA/QC teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure products meet safety, construction, and customer satisfaction standards.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Specialist – Handbags and Soft Accessories to lead quality processes with suppliers and resolve inspection issues and customer complaints.

  • Lead Quality Assurance: Manage quality processes with suppliers, ensuring standards compliance.
  • Customer-Facing Quality: Investigate and resolve product quality and safety concerns, conduct store audits, and support customer satisfaction initiatives.
  • Product Development Support: Work with buying and design teams to ensure product safety, construction, and quality during development.
  • Benchmarking & Audits: Perform competitor benchmarking and store audits; monitor online product representation.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience in handbags and soft accessories, with a deep understanding of materials and construction.
  • Exceptional attention to detail to meet high standards.
  • Strong collaboration skills with Buyers, Compliance, and Product Technicians.
  • Experience in quality assurance, compliance, and supplier engagement.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with PLM systems and product development workflows.
