As a professional in operations and supply chain management, you will play a crucial role in the success of our organization. Your key responsibilities will include close collaboration with colleagues across different regions, as well as preparation for a fast-track development within the company to become one of our future leaders.

The 18-month trainee program provides a comprehensive overview of the role and tasks of operations and supply chain management at Henkel Adhesive Technologies. The program consists of three phases of six months each, during which you will take on responsible tasks and projects in production and gain a deep insight into the different functions of operations and supply chain through rotations and cross-functional projects.

You will also have the opportunity to introduce yourself to various supply chain and related functions such as digital business, procurement, and sales, thereby gaining a broad understanding of the organization. Additionally, you will benefit from individual trainings, development plans, a high level of visibility, mentor's guidance, networking with senior leaders, and other trainees globally.

Upon completion of the program, you will be placed in a responsible position across the operations and supply chain organization at one of our regional locations where the knowledge and expertise learned through the program will provide you with a wide range of career opportunities.

To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical) with a strong academic record. Fresh graduates or up to two years of work experience, preferably within a multinational environment, are welcome to apply. You should also demonstrate eagerness to learn, interest in new technologies, digitization, and data analysis, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local language. Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities, advanced knowledge of MS Office, and great aptitude for continuous learning and self-development are essential.
