Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead supply chain operations across Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive demand planning processes to drive forecast accuracy and stock optimization.
  • Implement operational strategies for new product launches, regulatory changes, and distribution improvements.
  • Lead S&OP processes and identify risks/opportunities to drive business performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align supply chain operations with broader business goals.
  • Drive continuous improvement through digital transformation projects and process optimization.

Requirements

  • A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Commerce (professional accreditation highly regarded).
  • 3-5 years of experience in a global commercial or pharmaceutical supply chain.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP/GDP compliance, SAP, and demand planning systems are highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with TGA, Medsafe, and regulatory guidelines.
