Senior Property Portfolio Manager Position

This is a challenging role that involves overseeing a comprehensive portfolio of properties from start to finish.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating repairs, maintenance and routine inspections to ensure the optimal condition of all properties within the portfolio.
  • A key aspect of this position is managing lease renewals and rent reviews in order to maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • We are seeking an experienced professional who can effectively manage communication between tenants and landlords, ensuring that all parties are well informed and satisfied.

In addition to these responsibilities, the ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of relevant legislation and company policies, which they will be required to uphold at all times.

Key Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in property management is essential for this role.
  • Candidates must possess excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently while also contributing to a team effort when necessary.
  • A reliable vehicle and current driver's license are also mandatory for this position.
  • It is expected that candidates will live locally in order to effectively respond to any situations that may arise.
