The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to motivate a tight-knit team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Fostering a culture of excellence within the Property Management Team
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and company policies
  • Handling complaints and maintaining high standards for audits and assessments
  • Liaising with senior management and participating in strategic meetings
  • Supervising and developing staff to achieve their full potential
  • Driving business growth by optimizing departmental costs and resources

A current Real Estate Licence is required, along with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Property Management and strong knowledge of residential tenancies legislation. Proven tech-savviness, ability to manage and energize both younger and mature staff, and demonstrated ownership of responsibilities are essential.
