We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer service delivery to members and overseeing the reception team.
">Key Responsibilities:">- ">
- Manage overdue accounts, cancellations, and enquiries, meeting key performance indicators.">
- Supervise the Reception team, providing training and ongoing support for new employees.">
- Roster the Reception team, working with other teams to ensure adequate staff are working at critical times.">
- Utilize computer systems to look up member details, create access key tags, process purchases, and assist members with bookings.">
- Maintain venue cleanliness, ensuring the reception/café area is always neat and tidy.">
- Perform other related duties as required.">

- 3+ years previous customer service supervisory experience with excellent communication skills.">
- Financially driven with a natural drive to achieve individual and team goals.">
- Experience in a KPI-driven environment.">
- Able to build rapport with people from varied backgrounds and desire to help others succeed.">
- Outstanding communication abilities - able to listen, understand, empathize, and influence others.">
