At Mimecast, we're shaping the future of cyber resilience and we're looking for a talented Senior Account Executive to join our team. As a key player in our sales team, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our clients' cybersecurity landscape.

What You'll Do

You'll be responsible for acquiring new business for our Mimecast Human Risk Management platform in the NSW region. This will involve consulting with prospective clients to understand their business challenges and communicating the value of our platform. You'll also need to engage with executive-level stakeholders and build a strategic territory plan to drive pipeline and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive new business acquisition in the NSW region.
  • Consult with clients to understand their business needs and communicate the value of our Mimecast Human Risk Management platform.
  • Engage with executive-level stakeholders to build relationships and drive business growth.
  • Build and develop a strategic territory plan to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Exceed KPIs, pipeline, and revenue targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Channel, and BDRs, to maximize territory potential.
  • Work closely with Channel Partners at all stages of the sales cycle.
  • Drive positive engagement with prospects and partners through a proactive hunter mentality.
  • Execute a structured end-to-end sales process and monitor/report on activities.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for a self-motivated, results-driven individual with a proven track record of success in SaaS sales. You'll need to have a strong understanding of the corporate technology stack and cloud computing, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A degree-level education is preferred but not required.
