Job Title: Building Infrastructure Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver building maintenance and minor works projects in Melbourne's Northern Suburbs. This contract opportunity has the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project planning, scope, and design
  • Project management
  • Contract administration and supervision
  • Liaison with internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitoring and reporting project finances and progress
  • Preparing detailed reports

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or Project Management, and a sound understanding of Project Management Methodology. Previous experience successfully delivering Capital Works projects is essential.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or Project Management
  • A sound understanding of Project Management Methodology
  • Previous experience successfully delivering Capital Works projects
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • A current driver's license
