Project Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Infrastructure Project Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on diverse and meaningful projects that make a real difference in the community.


Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and deliver infrastructure projects in line with our project management framework and best practice contract management.
  • Assist in preparing and monitoring project budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure contract compliance.
  • Prepare contract documentation, manage contractors, and support tender assessments.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.

Requirements
  • A tertiary qualification in Engineering (preferably Civil Engineering) with relevant experience or significant experience with lesser formal qualifications.
  • Engineering registration or in progress towards registration in line with the Professional Engineers Registration Act 2019.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, especially in municipal infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in civil engineering/building design and construction principles and techniques.
  • Excellent contract management skills, including the ability to prepare and review project cost plans, schedules, and specifications.
