**Job Title:** Infrastructure Project Coordinator**Job Description:Deliver administrative and project coordination support to a team of project managers and officers across all aspects of project execution, ensuring clear expectations and communications between stakeholders.**Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide administrative and project coordination support to ensure the works program or PPP contract is administered.
  2. Support project officers and managers in achieving key program or contractual milestones and meeting delivery, performance, and financial targets.
  3. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on matters including planning, design, legal, and communications aspects related to a site.
  4. Collect and maintain effective data and information for reports and memoranda, updating organisational IT systems.
  5. Update project files, databases, and management systems to ensure relevant data is readily available throughout the project lifecycle.
  6. Assist with coordinating meetings and on-site inspections agendas, minutes, and their timely distribution to stakeholders.
  7. Liaise with internal teams and other governmental agencies, developing effective working relationships to identify and manage risks and resolve issues impacting project delivery.
  8. Provide clear and timely advice and reporting on project planning, delivery, benefits, and outcomes for various stakeholders.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:- Qualifications in contract/project management/administration.- Knowledge and experience in project planning, execution, and delivery, including stakeholder management and consultant/contractor liaison.- Demonstrated project coordination and administration skills.- Excellent written and oral communication and superb administration skills.- Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders.- Good understanding and experience of public sector infrastructure funding and delivery systems.**Benefits:This role offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic team delivering significant infrastructure projects, contributing to Victoria's education future.
