Job Overview:

This role involves leading a challenging project, overseeing the transformation of people and processes across multiple domains.

Duties:

  • Drive large-scale organisational change, moving people and processes across multiple domains
  • Coordinate structure and clarity across interdependent elements, ensuring activities occur in the correct sequence
  • Oversight of program rhythm: scheduling, risk/issue management, and stakeholder alignment
  • Maintain and improve processes for scalability, build efficiencies, and educate teams along the way
  • Provide executive-level communication, strategy alignment, and program assurance

Requirements:

  • Proven success delivering large-scale organisational change programmes
  • Able decision-maker who can operate independently
  • Experience in process iteration and improvement, with ability to sharpen and scale
  • Change leader who can bring people on board while driving delivery
  • Proactive, self-educating, and outcomes-focused
  • Experience working in Design / CX teams
  • Background in content-heavy environments or finance
  • Knowledge of content migration and content management
  • Strategy / change management within AI-enabled contexts
