About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving organisational transformation and implementing our New National Operating Model.

You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless transition and successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert HR partnering and specialist support to meet the needs of our organisational change initiatives
  • Offer sound ER/IR advice and guidance to managers, ensuring compliance and handling processes with dignity and respect
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of organisation changes to embed our national operating model
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive organisational transformation and improvement
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in People Partnering and capability to support large-scale organisational change and transformation programs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the business
  • Strong ability to adapt and work with ambiguity and resilience
  • Demonstrated experience interpreting and applying employment legislation, including Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards
