Senior Business Development Executive NSW

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious professional to join our team as a Regional Account Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering budgeted targets within your allocated territory and uncovering lucrative opportunities within our vast network of end users and distributors in the Newcastle and Central Coast region.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Foodservice, FMCG, or a large company background, with 1-5 years of selling and negotiation experience. Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset are essential for this role.
Job Description- Budgeted targets: Deliver revenue growth through effective sales strategies and tactics
- End-user and distributor relationships: Build strong rapport with key decision-makers and influencers
- Territory planning: Develop robust territory plans to maximize sales potential
- Sales process management: Follow established sales processes to ensure successful outcomes
- Trade Shows: Participate in industry events to promote Fonterra's products and services
