The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Body Repair Specialist to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland. As a Body Repair Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing and repairing damaged vehicles to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess Vehicle Damage: Evaluate the extent of damage to a vehicle and determine the most effective repair method.
  • Restore Vehicle to Original Condition: Use your technical skills to restore the vehicle to its original condition, ensuring a high-quality finish.
  • Maintain Chassis Crush: Ensure that the chassis crush is properly maintained and used appropriately to ensure a safe and effective repair.
  • Coordinate with Workshop Team: Work closely with other team members to ensure a smooth workflow and efficient use of resources.
  • Notify of Product Shortages: Inform the team of any product shortages that may impact production.
  • Meet Time-Frames: Check the schedule daily to ensure that time-frames are met and deadlines are achieved.
Requirements
  • Trade Qualification: Hold a trade qualification in a relevant field, such as automotive repair or engineering.
  • Mechanical Knowledge: Possess a good understanding of mechanical principles and be able to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
  • Technical Aptitude: Demonstrate a strong technical aptitude and be able to learn new skills quickly.
