  • Apply costs to the scope of work using established rates and communicate effectively with subcontractors.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through timely scheduling, effective communication, and relationship-building.

Requirements:

  • A trade qualification, preferably in carpentry.
  • Previous experience in estimating, with a preference for repair-related experience.
  • Solid knowledge of the National Construction Code, Building Regulations, and Workplace Health and Safety requirements.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in computer systems, including mobile devices, construction platforms, and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to create, read, and interpret scopes of work with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach and a commitment to safety.
