About the Role:
Gough Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Body Corporate Manager to join their successful Management team. As a Senior Body Corporate Manager, you will be responsible for managing a mixed portfolio of large, high-end buildings, including complex and layered schemes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with Owners Corporation as required
- Arrange quotations and repairs and maintenance for works required
- Prepare agendas and minutes for meetings
- Prepare budgets for presentations to Annual General Meetings (AGMs)
- Convene and conduct meetings
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years Body Corporate Management experience
- Experience across a variety of schemes, including layered schemes
- Maturity, strong communication skills, and team player
- The ability to multi-task and be professional in all aspects of strata management
- Experience managing high-end clientele
- Experience managing an assistant
