Overview of the Role:

At NTI, our Repair Management division collaborates closely with repair partners and service providers to ensure efficient, high-quality, and cost-effective repair solutions for our clientele. The Repair Performance team is responsible for monitoring repair effectiveness, conducting quality audits, and educating our wider team on optimal repair management practices. This position is ideal for individuals with a background in mechanical, spray painting, or panel beating who are eager to oversee the cost and performance metrics of our repair partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and uphold a comprehensive repair audit framework.
  • Conduct thorough audits of repairers and provide timely reporting to Claims Services Management.
  • Regularly assess the effectiveness of existing controls and systems, recommending necessary process enhancements.
  • Track repairer trends and ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations.
  • Offer technical support and share expertise with the Claims Teams.
  • Serve as the point of reference for complex repair inquiries as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

With a strong background in Heavy Vehicle repairs or a senior assessing role, you will leverage your technical knowledge to pinpoint trends in repair performance and suggest improvements throughout the repair management workflow. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Over 5 years of experience in the Transport, Repair, or Insurance sectors.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to critically evaluate repair work and associated costs.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
  • A commitment to outstanding customer service, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
