Senior Venue Leader Opportunity

Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for driving exceptional customer experiences and leading high-performing teams? We are seeking a Senior Venue Leader to oversee the daily operations of our new store in Melbourne.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the future of our store, developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and fostering a positive work environment.

  • Lead by example and drive exceptional customer experiences through efficient service delivery and proactive issue resolution.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and smooth daily operations to ensure an excellent customer experience.
  • Manage daily operations, stock control, and inventory to optimize profitability and minimize losses.
  • Champion a safe, positive work environment that meets all Health & Safety standards and promotes employee well-being.
  • Recruit, train, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.
  • Own key metrics like Labour, COGs, and P&L to drive data-driven decision-making and improve store performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Leadership experience in retail or hospitality (QSR experience preferred).
  • A people-first mindset with demonstrated experience building strong teams and promoting employee engagement.
  • Positive, proactive, and hands-on leadership style to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solutions-focused approach to problem-solving to overcome operational challenges.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to remain calm under pressure to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confident managing rosters, performance, and team development to drive business outcomes.
