Drive Customer Success

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive customer success, build meaningful relationships, and showcase the value of our platform.

This role requires a strong consultative approach, excellent communication skills, and experience in managing renewals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop personalized success roadmaps that align with each customer's objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Encourage active usage of our platform through tailored recommendations and targeted adoption campaigns.
  • Build trusted partnerships with executive sponsors, decision-makers, and champions across the organization.
  • Use data and storytelling to highlight return on investment (ROI), impact metrics, and ongoing value to customers.
  • Lead smooth onboarding processes to ensure quick time-to-value and a positive first impression of our platform.
  • Manage renewals with a retention-first mindset while identifying opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, or expansion in partnership with sales teams.
Key Performance Metrics:
  • Retention performance: Maintain strong net and gross retention rates across the account portfolio.
  • Adoption growth: Increase platform usage and feature adoption quarter over quarter.
  • Customer health: Consistently improve customer health scores through proactive engagement and support.
  • Value delivered: Document and present measurable ROI to customers during business reviews.
