Customer Experience Champion

We're on the hunt for a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Champion. As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a vital role in shaping their experience with us.

In this role, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers via phone, email, and webchat, providing them with up-to-date information and solutions in real-time. You'll also work closely with our team to navigate different rostered hours, ensuring each customer interaction is handled with care and efficiency.

To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent influencing and relationship management skills, as well as the ability to stay calm under pressure. You'll be a strong communicator who can connect with people from all walks of life, and you'll thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Our ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, bringing skills that drive an epic customer experience. You'll be tech-savvy and adaptable, able to pick up new systems quickly and navigate digital tools with confidence.
