Our hotel is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Experience Champion to provide exceptional service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills with the ability to multi-task.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure seamless and efficient operations of the Front Office on a day-to-day basis.
- Prepare arrival and departure reservations in the hotel's property management system, note requests and loyalty status, and process payments for guest departures.
- Maintain public and back-of-house areas clean, well-maintained and well-presented.
- Answer phones with a smile and coordinate guests' needs such as restaurant bookings, transportation and hotel services.
- Actively promote hotel services and outlets.
- Prepare food and beverages within the hotel's lobby cafe.
- Offer local knowledge and recommendations to guests.
- Assist in emergency situations when required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Exceptional customer service skills with excellent resolution abilities.
- Flexibility to work on a rotating 24/7 roster, including weekends and public holidays.
- Experience in a customer relations or front office role is advantageous.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.
