Human Resources Part-Time Opportunity

We are seeking a part-time Human Resource Lead to join our mission-driven team.

This role reports to the Chief Operating Officer and involves delivering HR services and ensuring policy compliance. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes.
  • Providing HR support with sensitivity and confidentiality.
  • Assisting in performance management and training development.
  • Developing, implementing, and monitoring HR policies for legal compliance.
  • Maintaining HR records and preparing reports.
  • Assisting with payroll processes.

You will need a relevant HR qualification (e.g., Certificate IV in Human Resources) and at least 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role. Valuable skills and background include:

  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and enterprise agreements.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and handling sensitive information.
  • Proactive problem-solving and ability to work independently and in a team.
