Learn more at: https://cawls.org.au/About the Opportunity We are seeking a part-time Human Resource Lead (3 days/week), working remotely.
This role reports to the COO and involves delivering HR services and ensuring policy compliance.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to: Managing the employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, and exit Providing HR support with sensitivity and confidentiality Assisting in performance management and training development Developing, implementing, and monitoring HR policies for legal compliance Maintaining HR records and preparing reports Assisting with payroll processes About You You will need a relevant HR qualification (e.g., Certificate IV in Human Resources) and at least 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
Valuable skills and background include: Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and enterprise agreements Excellent interpersonal skills and handling sensitive information Proactive problem-solving and ability to work independently and in a team Ideal candidates demonstrate professionalism, initiative, and a passion for inclusive HR systems.
You should be a confident communicator and a team player aligned with our values.
Note: Please provide evidence of qualifications, a Working With Children Check (WWCC), and a current National Police Check to be considered.
