This position is responsible for providing comprehensive human resources services to clients, ensuring their HR and compliance needs are met.
About the Position- This role will play a key part in delivering HR management and generalist advice for clients, working closely with business owners or internal HR teams.
- The Human Resources Specialist will manage client relationships, provide guidance on employee lifecycle management, and oversee recruitment processes as needed.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their HR needs and providing tailored solutions.
- HR Advisory Services: Offer expert advice on employment law, industrial relations, and other HR-related matters to ensure compliance and best practice.
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, using HR systems to streamline processes.
- Recruitment Support: Provide support with recruitment activities, including preferred supplier agreements and managing external recruiters.
- Training and Development: Deliver training and workshops to clients on HR-related topics, such as performance management and workplace health and safety.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring clients remain compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in generalist HR roles, with a proven track record of success.
- Experience in managing HR systems and software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Solutions-focused mindset, with commercial acumen and attention to detail.
- Ability to work at all levels, from senior executives to operational staff.
